I heard whispers that songs wih samples were going to be able to nominated for SoY this year, did that come to fruition? I see Nicki nominated Anaconda for RoY but not SoY so I assume no change.
Also, what is the logic of submitting for SoY and not RoY as I see some songs have? I know they honour different things but most record companies opt for both

Therefore any noms or wins are under Tony's influence. What are Tony's submissions? Interesting to see how he was submitted. I don't believe Lady Gaga will not win any solo Cheek to Cheek noms.
