Yeah Hopefully that Conviction show that's on before it at 9pm is part of the reason it's bleeding viewers. That show has AWFUL ratings and is definitely gonna get cancelled. I hope when Scandal comes back in 2017 the show should bounce back up a bit.

I leaning towards Wes/Frank. What the cast said who it was makes it only sound to them.
Wes was the center of a lot of problems (as was Annelise) and Frank was the one helping everyone with the big/random deeds. I mean who cares about Nate or Connor lol
