And I think you need to learn the definition of touring sweetie. She's not currently touring the world but she's touring an area (Las Vegas in this case) and that still counts considering she's performing every night and earning millions. Same goes for Celine Dion and Elton John. Are they not touring because they're doing a Vegas residency?
Because when it's all said and done Beyonce will be the one in the legend books and will be respected while Britney won't she will just be known as the girl that was really popular for a short period of time and had a breakdown

They get mad when Beyonce ranks higher on any greatest of all time list. They're mad that Beyonce has outlasted her. They were mad when Beyonce bumped Britney from Pepsi. They're even mad that the world calls Beyonce Queen B They're mad Beyonce's impact isn't limited to MTV like hers. And that fact Beyonce still has a very active growing amazing career and Britney's career stalled a decade ago. They're mad that the GP sees Beyonce and not Britney.
