Well to be honest thats due to a lack of managing and promoting skills not because the songs arent good enough to sell ... If Believe Me was not delayed 1 month to get onto iTunes and released on a Monday or Tuesday and got a music video it would have gone Platinum ... They are very messy this era with marketing and promoting
and they havent learned their lesson... Grindin still hasnt gone for adds and still isnt on iTunes and is destined to smash
The only explanation I can think of is these are ALL promo singles that will only be on Deluxe or iTunes album versions so they dont bother to release them right they are just to create buzz and interest in social media

Carter IV to me is so underrated

So many good quality songs and I loved the album but yeah Carter II & III remain my favs as well
