Let's see, a very interesting week this one tbh, many things are happening and that's why I have loved 2013 pretty much

- We're over a historic smash that it's huge in everything, doing things that we thought impossible, the next to be a classic "Blurred Lines" Very impressive, Robim is just Congrats to the three acts, it's gonna be the biggest single for the three

- Miley proving why she is the Disney Queen, she just owns it, I mean, the most impressive thing about the surprising big hit "We Can't Stop" is the poor radio support

- The absolutely impressive longevity for "Radioactive", never imagined its impact. Year of the Dragons

- "Get Lucky" is done. No words about how huge and how happy I am with Daft Punk. One lf the biggest hits of the year, no doubts

- The sweet longevity for Kings Macklemore & Ryan Lewis with "Can't Hold Us"

- Bruno showing how a flop does, inside Top 5, Treasure

The sad thing about "Get Lucky" peaking at #2 is they'll probably never have another hit. In the US at least.

Which is why I sincerely doubt they're getting another hit.
If they didn't release one for "Get Lucky," they're most likely not going to do one for "Lose Yourself To Dance."

Sad thing is, they apparently shot a ton of footage for "Get Lucky." Guess they just didn't like the result.

Four more weeks are guaranteed. If he can block Gaga, then he's well on his way to getting the longest chart reign of all time.

He can't block her - he'll have weakened even in airplay by then - but he actually could still snatch it after she gets her week, or her two weeks if she's really lucky. She could get a third week, but personally I think that's about as likely as her handing us ARTPOP on a silver platter a month early and for free. He'll be back to #1 after a short intermission from Gaga, with the record still possibly in his sights.
