I just hope they focus on the horror aspect. A Scream series would have to be as dark as a show like The Following or American Horror Story, but I don't know if MTV can do that.
OMG, imagine if Ryan Murphy produced a Scream series.

So excited! I hope they tie this in to the Sidney/Gale/Dewey Scream universe rather than just a brand new story with a clean slate.
