Me too!
It was the 4th of July when I was maybe 11 and my whole family was at my uncle's lakehouse to celebrate. Everyone was up at the house but I was walking along the beach. I walked out on the dock and saw this thing in the sky. It was shining neon colors. Not a helicopter or plane that had the red lights, it was literally bright neon colors that were flashing like crashing. It was going across the sky fast enough that I only saw it for about 3 seconds. It was round and looked like it might've been spinning but it could've just been the way the lights were flashing. I know what I saw and I know it was real, I can still remember exactly what it looked like. I don't know what the **** it was but it sure wasn't something I can explain. It definitely wasn't a firework because it was moving way too fast and it never exploded or anything...

That wasn't the scariest thing to happen to me. I've never really had any scary outside-in-the-dark experiences but one of my previous houses was definitely haunted. We had just moved in and my room was still being painted and having the hardwood floors installed, so I slept in the family room. That room had carpet but the rest of the rooms on that floor (formal living room, formal dining room, laundry room, and kitchen) all had the hardwood. Anyway, it was around midnight and I heard literal footsteps. It was NOT something I was exaggerating, it was clearly footsteps and it went on for at least 10 minutes. I could barely move, it was terrifying. That time it sounded like heels. It stopped when I gathered the courage to turn on the lights to the formal living room
This happened other times and I wasn't the only one to hear them either. My bedroom had two rooms, one study/general room and one actual bedroom with my bed and TV. By this point, we had all the hardwood floors installed. Every once in a while I would hear the footsteps in the general room while I was trying to go to sleep. My sister heard footsteps too, but she said she also heard scraping on her walls. Her room had a walk-in closet on both sides, and her bed was right next to one of them, so the noise was coming from one of the closets...
Also, one time my aunt was over and was working in the garage putting something up on the wall. The garage had cement floor. While she was on the highest leg of the ladder, it fell over and she fell HARD on the floor. She wasn't hurt too bad but she said it felt like something pushed the ladder. It was one of them with 2 sides also so it wasn't one that could easily fall over.
My aunt is good friends with the previous owners of the house because she rents half of their jewelry store for her salon, and eventually the wife admitted to her that they had paranormal experiences in the house too. I wonder if the current owners have noticed anything
