I'd have to say Beyonce.She has some GREAT ones,but most of her videography is like umm yeah.Especially the 4 era ones - out of like a dozen,RTW was the only mindblowing one.She needs to reduce the quantity and increase the quality and budget.

RTW, DFY, Countdown, & 1+1 all had amazing videos. Party & BTINH were boring. LOT was good, but it wasn't amazing. If there was any era where Beyoncé didn't focus on quality, but quantity, it would be B'Day.

She had a video for 13 out of the 16 songs on the album.
