ATRL: What happened to ATRL?

All you girls need to quit it with this drama,
I've been lurking on this site since 06 and there has always been conflict and one stan dragging another.
If you ask me, dragging is the FUN of this site. Well at least part of it..
And, if done with class and wit (i.e. sats, Nicole, Vin), dragging out ignorant bitches can become an art.
Of course there are always going to be ignorant dumb ass posters on every site, but that's what makes knowing the true tea and dragging their lessor asses so much more fun!
So just get with that true **** and take any bitch who says some idiotic **** on a walk through hell like a treal bitch would.

also this bothers me: for instance let's say Madonna released a new video tonight. There's of course gonna be ppl who love it and ones that hate it. It's expected. But there's always a few people wholl make a comment like this "I don't like it, it's to *fill in negative words*. my favs video is more epic *and go on about how their fav is better than the singers whos video your commenting on* that's not an opinion, that's another form of trolling. I can't stand that.

What artist do u hate? why would u hate an artist? I can understand disliking their music but hate?
And people dont make a big deal about people talking crap abut justin and rebecca because they dont have fans here and people dont really take them seriously and i dont really blame them.

Agreed, this place has gotten annoying, it does get annoying where you can even voice your opinion about anything anymore with someone having a hissy fit about it and such. People have a opinions, if you can't handle that the please **** off out of here ok. Sometimes I also think some people need to grow up and stop treating this place like a high school or something. People now just want to become really popular here without doing anything.
But the sad thing is this will never change and this place will get much worse (which is why I'm only for a couple of people and that's about it.)

I definitely agree with most things.
Whenever you do anything.. you get reported, it's very unfair and annoying. When you try to reach out to a mod, you may never get a response back. We have plenty of them, and yet they can't read, or at least reply to us? It's almost like they don't care.
Also members attack others too much.. I don't mind the sarcastic/funny threads being made, but sometimes they get a little over-the-top depending on what is mentioned/being made fun of. But I never take part in the stan wars so I don't even care for those.
The most thing that is annoying me about ATRL at the moment though is how slow it's still going.

I feel you on this. Granted I joined just one year ago but the atmosphere wasn't the same: it was bananas. People were genuine at that time, crazy but still genuine. Now some people tend to calculate everything they do so they can build their personal stanbase. This is ridiculous.
And as for the mod, I can't say enough how shocked I am to see 2 Britney super stans as moderator. I feel the balance is not right. And to be honest, I think Foxay is doing a great job now. At the beginning it was shaky but she turne it around. But PATRICK? LORD HAVE MERCY. And I'm going to leave it at that.
Now, as you said, you can't even have a convo without vulture waiting for the first slight mishap to report your black ass and often mods are REACHING with their warning points. The sole fact I had almost half of my WP reversed speaks VOLUMES about the lack of discernment of some mods.
Anyways, I hope something gets changed over there. I don't plan to stick around that much longer (a bitch is getting ole), but I'd like to enjoy to the max the experience.
And don't even dare to report me.

@bornthisway don't you even dare say Nicole drags with "class". What she does is downright rude, unnecessary and distasteful. The fact that she can't even use receipts to "drag" is another sign of just plain flat out trolling and another case of just immaturity. And for some stupid ass reason any time nicole "drags" someone she always has 20 other stans behind her throwing some user in the corner and bullying them (for lack of better words) seriously if you don't like a singer then don't go comment in the thread and start picking your way through.

Well i don't hate any artist, i mean i don't hate Justin Bieber neither, but you can hate a song and album.
and very true, but its like that with a lot of artists/bands/groups if bey,brit,rihanna and gaga can't be trolled then nether can the underrated one, i see people diss Taylor momson all the time, and i don't see anyone else reporting. etc.

Yes, I am. I can see which moderator is responsible for which warning point, I can see the sort of things other moderators are giving warning points for, I can see which moderator is responsible for closing certain threads, and so forth. Trust me when I tell you that the moderators are not concerned with personal vendettas. The focus is always one of addressing issues as they arise and acting in the best interests of the site. There's no attempt by any moderator, from what I can tell, to target certain members or stanbases.
