There's a definite change in the quality of the singing between the bridge (where she falls) and the chorus. It appears that she is mostly singing live, but they switch to playback for the bridge so she can she do her hair-whipping routine.

Yes, lipsynching over a pre-recorded track. That doesn't mean she lipsynched the whole show though, a lot of artists lipsynch in tour, including Beyoncé, Celine Dion and even Britney.

I'm a Gaga stan, and obviously she is talented enough. There is no getting around that. But I recognized that she lip synced that ONE performance.

You can't even hear another voice at all. Especially in the verses. There isn't even background singers.

You seem reasonable. I watched it over & I agree with that she may have with that performance. But this does seem reasonable (a comment on the video):

She wasn't lip syncing. Technical difficulties turned what was supposed to be a performance of "Telephone" into a dance break. Gaga has never lip synced and will never lip sync 'cause she doesn't have to. There are other angles of this performance and her mouth isn't moving. Besides, Gaga never dances that hard during "Telephone" because she has to sing live.

She did not lmao. There were problems and the backing track was too loud, besides, there was lots of choreo. Which is the reason Britney doesn't sing a single word live.
