So the Diplo guy is an electro/house producer? I really wished she won't go that route....

Diplo is much more than that. He was M.I.A.'s main producer, and has helped bands like Sleigh Bells, Spank Rock, Amanda Blank, Rye Rye, Santigold...the list goes on. He is a very international dance type artist...a nice alternative to someone like RedOne who does international type pop but is a little bit overexposed. I think Beyonce/her team was smart to set herself apart this way without fully leaving the current dance trend. The Queen will not be compared to anyone!

abnd i agree with you! I don't think the whole album is going to be dance, from what Bey herself has said, but if there are any dance songs on the album i highly doubt they will be like the current radio stuff. She will go left while everyone else is going right. She will set herself apart as usual

as well as B'Day! my fave album from her.

DIL is a good album but all the slow jam, old school r&b songs aren't my cup of tea, and she's shown so much growth from that point on.
