What fan fiction? Those were examples to counter argue this assumption about her politics It would be fiction to just assume that she slants conservative or Republican. Like what does she do or has she done to make you and others assume what she identifies as?
Why wasn't there a single mention of racism on that tweet about the Charleston shooting? The good feelings seem to be there, but she and white people in general have to acknowledge what's going on. "That's really sad " isn't cutting it.
The problem with Taylor is not what she thinks, is what she represents.

Even if she votes for Hillary, she sadly represents everything that's wrong with America IMHO.

but she literally donated to the BLM protests .... so..... she understand but she doesnt talk about it.... which is fair. i get it... but i do wish she'd speak up more... but im sure she will eventually.

This is my basically my feelings on her and a lot of stars reactions to things like this. If you don't acknowledge the reason why these things are happening whether it's racism, homophobia, etc. and call it by it's name, it does nothing because it holds no one accountable.
Why does this confuse people? Taylor doesn't endorse. We DO know she voted for Obama in 2008 and 2012 bc she SAID so. Jack also SAID she's voting for Hillary. Lena has also said she's voting for Hillary. One of her other friends who are irrelevant posted a photo on instagram with the caption #ImWithHer the night of the debate and Taylor liked and commented on it. Her parents have said that her mother has always been a democrat while her father used to be a republican but eventually became a democrat. She supports marriage equality. She probably is bisexual. She has tweeted about Black Lives Matter. She's donated to charities that are ran by the DNC. All of her friends are crazy liberal basically Bernie socialists. She grew up in Pennsylvania. At the CMA awards in 2012 or 2013 jokes were being made about Obama and video shows she was like the only person not laughing. If I remember correctly, she gasped, rolled her eyes, and shook her head. She's a democrat.
I hope she'll see the light some day though. It's sad to see a powerful lady not acknowledging what America is going through. Her minority friends should inform her.
Someone should inform America that elections in the majority of the countries outside the US are a confidential and personal choice. No one cares about celebrities speaking about politics, most of them aren't even educated and just say whatever their team prepared for them. I'm glad I live in a country where it's more important to worry about the election and the issues than which glitter popstar gave a concert or posted on Instagram.
She represents everything white america is, her fans are 95% republicans, she is definitely a republican, she obviously won't admit it since she's part of a very liberal music industry.
Actually, they aren't. It's about 50/50 actually, which makes sense. If her fans were 95% Republican, why would she feel afraid of backlash?
P.S the pop scene might seem liberal but you would be surprised at the amount of Republicans behind the scenes

She just has way too much to lose if she starts talking politics. I can't say I wouldn't do the same. This just shows how much more important it is for her to be successful rather than powerful(a person with an opinion).
