It's just astonishing. Massive Attack completely failed....Your Love was leaked months before it was even a single, Right Thru Me isn't doing much and Check It Out....is, well......
Katy had 2 #1s this year and only sold 200K for her opening....Rihanna had 200K for her opening and had 2 #1s from Loud. Nicki's accomplishment doesn't have anything to do with those artists - but there are no denying the sale comparisons and how weird the industry is (or maybe it just adds more to "singles artist" speculation).
