I think people are saying it's being sent for adds May 21st and released for download June 5th, if i'm correct.

I think sending to radio means the song is given to radio stations to start playing. The adds date is attached to the song when it is sent as a sort of guideline for when the label wants it to start getting added although the stations can add it earlier or later if they want.

They aren't the same thing.

They are sending a "promo" cd to the big stations so that they can start playing the song. The adds date gives all radio stations permission to play the song and put the song into heavy rotation.

The song is always available for download lol.
