I feel horrible After going to sleep at 9:30 and waking up at 10:30 last night, I just stayed up until 1:00 and then went to sleep again. I woke up at 10:00 and I just feel like ****. Still tired somehow, but also I wouldn't go back to sleep. I haven't eaten outside of a granola bar since dinner yesterday but I feel like if I eat again I'll throw up. And emotionally I still feel like crap~
