Splitting it 3 ways kind of takes away from the whole 1.5B thing
The estimated cash value was $946 million when the jackpot was at 1.4B. Now at 1.5B, I'm sure the cash value would be right at one billion.
So split three ways, each person gets $333 million before taxes. The California person I don't think has to pay taxes on it. But I'm sure the other two people do. They'll probably get $250 Million after all is said and done.
