I did as well. It really was not self-praise but rather praise to the fans who actually kept her in this industry. Of course, many others wouldn't see it this way if they only want to hate her but if we're being truly honest, Mariah's fans stuck with her during some of the most difficult times when some artists would simply disappear into oblivion.
