Mhmmmmmmmmmmm this album is SO different from what I expected. Tbh I find a lot of it quite one note but honestly I appreciate the intimacy and delicacy to this album SO much. It's funny because with the album title I expected a lot of tribal drum-banging tracks, but most of it is so soft and pretty.
I would compare a lot of it to a warm fuzzy blanket. Such a gorgeous thing to listen to at 3:30am.

Anyway, Alicia remains the most consistent, humble, relatable human being and one of the best voices of the industry all these years on.
