She's not drunk. That's really obvious. Anyone saying so is wrong and probably just wants her to be so that she looks like a mess.
Her vocals, however, haven't been very good this performance and she's very dry. She must be really tired, and it's a shame considering how huge this performance is for this era and for her.
At first I was really concerned about her drunk/high state, but obviously she is having fun, so now it doesn't bother me. I bet she will stuff up more notes, but usually her Loud Tour's are really good, so this performance doesn't bother me anymore.
