Impossible to say for certain who it is, but I'm loving the way it's sounding.

It sounds a little like them, but it's really hard to tell with such a low quality video. I highly doubt it's them. I think it's probably some new chick with a bunch of background vocals on what's supposed to sound like Rihanna's voice, and by herself on what's supposed to be Katy's voice.
