10 Shakira Shakira makes this list because of 1 reason. Call me shallow, but her performance in the video for "She Wolf" was amazing. The girl is beautiful; she could sing about almost anything and I will listen.
09 Alicia Keys Alicia Keys is having an amazing year even though SuBo robbed her for her 5th #1 album, but hey you can't always have it all. Songs like "Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart" reminds us all why we fell in love with Alicia from the start; she's just so unique. I loved her in 09, and will continue to lover her in 2010.
08 Rihanna I pitch with a grenadeee. UGH, I hate that I love her so. Rihanna is such an interesting person to watch from her fashion to her music. This Bajan model just never lets me down even when I want her to.
