It looks like only deluxe versions in the UK/Ireland are affected, but I guess we'll have to wait and see when it's released in other territories

I was also like WTF, when I got my copy yesterday
this will keep haunting if people want to buy the Deluxe in the EU in the coming years, but I will just buy the standard in a while aswell

Yeah on Spotify the instrumental version is called ''Anaconda Target Version'' so I don't think it's just a Europe thing.

I'm from Germany and I've got the instrumental on my copy, too. Amazon even sells that version as mp3.
