^ Same! Level 65 and I just finished upgrading to Town Hall 8 (took me like 4 months to max out everything before upgrading lol), and apparently there is an additional mortar and rn i dont know where to squeeze it in so my base is kind of a mess at the moment

Well make sure you hide your resources well. Search online for good base plans (just search "clash of clans townhall level # base) and you'll be shown heaps of good base layouts. I also watch YouTube videos on good attack plans.

^ if you're farming gold coins, elixirs, or dark elixirs, it's advisable to put your town hall outside walls. That'll automatically give you 11-12 hours of shield, given that low-level attackers raid only the town hall.

Currently I'm level 72 / TH8 (So basically I ONLY increased 7 levels since my last post here which was two months ago ). It's really hard to level up for me because I've been so busy with work and other things
Every time my shield expires they flock to attack like I'm Hitler reincarnated.
But it's so fun!
