People keep forgetting that Katy is the current digital queen. It used to be Gaga, but more people are here for Katy's bubblegum pop songs than Gaga's dark material. Born This Way was the only massive single (WW) from BTW, and that was all due to hype. Katy had 3 smashes (CG, Firework, E.T.) 2 hit singles (Teenage Dream, Last Friday Night) and still 3 moderately successful songs WW (TOTGA, Part of Me, Wide Awake). Her lead single will be bigger than Gaga's if we're going off the success of previous eras.
