Single Ladies is her weakest lead single, it does not have the explosive effect the other ones have. CIL begins with a bang, Deja Vu has that hard base, If I Were A Boy is a ballad/mid-tempo so it has an excuse and Run The World may be the most explosive one of them all.

Crazy In Love and Single Ladies STILL get played at clubs and dances...both of those songs were played at my school's Blacklight dance last Saturday

For Janet, ignoring her first two flop albums, I'd say "Call On Me." I've learned to like the song, but it doesn't fit on the album at all, and it was only released so she could get an urban hit.
