The job of the jury isn't to give their opinion on whether the defendant is guilty or innocent; it's rather a decision on if the prosecution has proved BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT that Casey Anthony murdered her daughter. The case presented by the prosecution DIDN'T prove that. Law has nothing to do with opinion.

I'm pre-law, as you know.

Precisely. The law can't leave room for doubt, they need to hold on the evidence, not guesses. And in this case there's not one CONCRETE evidence that she killed her daughter.

That's not a evidence that she killed her. For negligence or something else yes, but not for the murder accusation.

yep that it, she went out partying then called the police days laters and made a whole big lie saying her child was missing, when she or someone she know killed it
