She looks like she wants to cry and is trying to move far away. In her deposition she said she kept moving away and no matter how far she moved his hand was still there, that means it was not an accident. She is right, it was not an accident, if you are moving away and the hand is still on the butt, it was done on purpose.
I guess maybe she thinks the jury would side with him because she's smiling.
Where is the trial being held because you could imagine some of the more right-wing states siding with him over that.
He lost his job in 2013 for grabbing her butt. He then sued her in early 2015 to which she countersued. Clearly she would have let it go if he was not being money hungry.
