OT: I agree that the study stupidly lumps together non-red meat eaters but the overall sentiment is that if you reduce animal consumption, you're more likely to be healthier. Other studies have proven that animal byproducts are unhealthy (there's a reason why the U.S. Department of Agriculture has to constantly remind egg companies that they're legally NOT ALLOWED to portray eggs as a diet food because of the fat and cholesterol content).
