I know what you mean. The music, ideas and look had good amounts of spunk and edginess. Although when nasal kunty Gaga came about, it was a turn off.

The Fame is the most consistently enjoyable of her three "studio albums". It might not have highs like GH, HML, MJH, SD, or DWUW, but it's got no lows for me. Every track is great. Every track is enjoyable all the time!
