its obviously doing less than BI, it hasn't gone top 10 on itunes and the #3 album this week only did 39k. it's a shame but it is what it is, the promo was nonexistent, the decision to lead a pop album with an r&b song was weird, and album sales are just overall trash unless you're a huge act anyway.

i just hope her tour & i can do that both do well. she really should work on her visibility tbh, when she doesn't have an album out she just disappears. i hope I Bet goes gold and we get 2 more singles (3 if they all do well)
she's gorgeous can't she get herself some modelling campaigns or something? she should put out a perfume too.

also she should do more features on other peoples songs and build herself a buzz.

Gave this album a quick run through today just to start out and warm up to it, so far Im pretty dissapointed. I like the concept but it doesnt really come together. The first 2 minutes or so of Jackie (BMF) is AMAZING, then when the song's tempo changes it all goes downhill. The song with Pitbull and Missy Elliot was pretty dissapointing too.. I think that she needs to work on her lyrics, I realize that we arent expecting groundbreaking lyrics from Ciara but a lot of the writing just seems uninspired and lazy. One thing I am glad to see on this album is that she only has one song with featured artists, while she flooded her past albums with rent-a-rapper verses. We get to experience Ciara all by herself.

Ill keep listening to it and hopefully it will grow on me, but her self titled album was more instant for me.

The first mistake they made was releasing I Bet as the lead single. If they really wanted to address the cheating, they should've released Only One since it has more of a pop sound and better represents the album. I don't really understand why they're wasting all this time with urban radio if they have all these singles that could be big on pop radio. Just get straight to the point.

Pop fans aren't gonna buy the album because they think it's urban and urban fans are gonna listen and won't buy once they realize it's mainly pop. Really bad marketing by her team. HOPEFULLY the future singles and promo change this but it's gonna be an uphill battle. They need to start by sending something to pop radio.

Only One has such a powerful chorus i really think it would've been a great lead that could've potentially worked on both Urban & Pop.

This album is anything but disappointing to me. I don't get how anyone could possibly not get their life. The album is a bit of a grower though y'all. Don't give up so quick!

This is honestly my favorite Ciara album to date. It's like she took my favorite parts of her last album (Living It Up, Overdose) and expanded it into a full album.

"I Bet" is a good song, but it does a terrible job of representing the record.

People are being really overdramatic with it I'm a bit surprised, it's not even as pop as people are making it seem. i thought the whole album was going to be dance song after dance song after dance song the way some people were talking about it.
