sis, CALM DOWN. she sold over 275k THIS WEEK WW, and will sell another 300k next week n the christmas week without a doubt. plus it will top the 350k mark the week of january. RATED R only sold 160k WW this week last year and LOUD sold 275k. RATED R sold 210K on the week of january, and LOUD will do way better. WMN is exploding in europe, so expect to see her sales to increase drastically this week there. more importantly she was predicted to sell 160K in UK alone this week which is extremly outrageous for a none local artist. her sales in the UK this week alone will be more an artist wit one studio album n one EP(which will release in JANUARY) overall sales combined in the UK!
I mean Christina Aguilera did promotion and her album flopped.
Rihanna has 2 #1 hits from this album, she's a monster in radios and on the media.
If she's not selling that good (i think her sales are great) is because people don't want to.
I don't think the radio has a lot to do with album sales. Sure, it gets one or two songs out there, but people are only gonna buy the album if they like the artist. Nowadays with itunes if people just like your songs on the radio they'll go to itunes and buy the song (if you're lucky since most illegally download), but otherwise I think that's all that does.
I have a feeling she'll be closer to 60k when the final numbers come in. It's Saturday and she's still in the top 10 on itunes and her album is on sale at best buy for 7.99. I think hits might have underpredicted.

it hasn't released here yet! and I doubt it will be released tbh and i don't buy things from the internet so no but if i find it i'll buy it for sure! it's one of my fav albums this year
I don't think you guys should be freaking out just yet. How do u know the album won't increase when the final numbers come in? And its useless to compare 2009's increases to 2010, since the market is falling every year. HDD predicted 170-180k, and she ended up doing 207K. Just relax, and sit down. Only Girl has been out since September, who hasn't heard the song by now? . I just dont understand the logic.
There is so much time to grow.
