kinda offtopic but this is the only photoshop thread on atrl so i was just wondering

im trying to make a cover and i wanna make some letters in a picture glow like a neon sign
i found a good tutorial but it doesn't translate as well because its for making your own text
can anyone here explain to me how to do it?

Oh, sorry Bae. It won't work. But as professional, You just need to make a new same font then you can put them on glow.

But I think you can try putting white soft brush on them with low opacity, but I doubt it will looks nice.
