I mean technically she co-wrote it, and when people cite Max Martin's or Dr. Luke's achievements they always say "he has X amount of #1 hits to his name", so I don't see why it wouldn't.
If she was featured on the song, she'd only be credited as an artist for the #1 if the version with Katy contributed to an extreme majority of its chart points. I think Billboard's policy about crediting artists for remixes was changed and I'm not sure how much they require now, but Kesha and Nicki Minaj were credited on the Till The World Ends' #3 peak because the remix accounted for 68% of all sales that week.
Mess, I thought everyone who worked on the album was credited for AOTY
