I never understood why people want their faves to always have a certain sound.
It's not even just Demi, it's like that for Gaga as well right now. Everyone misses "Fame" Gaga and it seems like that here but the "Here We Go Again" Demi (musically). I don't think Demi should go back to roots. Unbroken was an experimental album to test what sound was right for DEMI. If she's smart, she'll know that GYHAB are the songs she needs to start singing if she wants the mainstream success. Regardless, as it seems like most people miss her rock style, I feel personally that rock is too...early 2000's. If Demi wants the SUCCESS then she needs to do what's best for her but also pay close attention to what's Popular since she's considered POP. And don't come at me with the "P!nk" is rock or "Avril is rock and they're both successful~". They created a success from that music when it was popular and stuck with it but have slowly but steady still maintained some type of relevancy/stay with what's current. People know them for POP/ROCK. People know Demi for her problems & MAYBE Skyscraper. She still hasn't gained that type of credibility where you can define her genre and still call it a successful genre for her. #rant

I do miss her rock style but it also reminds me of her dark times so I just stick to her no matter what because I love Demi
Overall, I could careless what Demi does with her next album or even if it's successful. All I care about is the music and if I enjoy it or not because after all...that's what is most important. Enjoying the music I hope my rant didn't seem aggressive or towards anyone in particular in this group.

Exactly! If the music speaks to me, idc what genre she does. Hell she can do country if she truly wants to, as long as the music is good. People act like Unbroken is ****. If you dissect each song piece by piece they are lyrically and musically her best (Without the songs You're My Only Shorty, Mistake & Hold Up).

Haha, I actually find love when foreign people speak french I'm goingto correct you, if you don't mind: Je vais très bien. And "bonne santé" means kinda good health (I'ts hard to translate in english) haha, but don't worry I'm tired but not sick But for three years it's pretty good I think!

I do however LOVE My Love Is Like A Star, Give Your Heart A Break, Fix A Heart, Skyscraper and Lightweight. THOSE are the songs she needs to continue to do. I could care less about the rest of the songs. As much as everyone praises Unbroken (song) and All Night Long, I just can't get into them. Demi just isn't fit for those type of songs.
