He's a charming and fun member that occasionally went too far with his jokes.
The fact that it's been months since he was permabanned and so many people
still care enough to want him back shows just how well liked and important he was.
Plus, he was clearly remorseful in his apology post. He won't come back from the dead just to die again. Mods can give him a few permanent points if they want to keep him on a tight leash.
