Why? Top 400 is okay for a song that has no promotion and little airplays.
I Realize That It Has Little Promo. But It's Being Played To Like 10 Million People On Radio. And Probably Only 1000 People Are Purchasing It. (Whatever Sales You Need To Be At For It's Current Position)
