I think the last line of your sentence is the most important.
She wants to get this album out asap, as do we. She's not going to waste time promoting singles on TV & radio because it's way too time consuming.. and she hasn't got the man power whilst she's independent.
All Azealia needs to do (and she knows this) is use the internet because all in all, it's the best promotional tool for an artist like herself. Put out a couple of killer music videos and upload 3 tracks to Soundcloud before the album drops.
I'm tearing up 
but it would be better if she did a iTunes things with the songs and did music videos for them, and i think she could promote lightly in the UK since its her biggest market
