Then wouldn't it keep Applause floating within the Top 5 though? Instead of hovering between 9-14. DWUW's success wasn't just pre-orders, its success actually brought ARTPOP back into the Top 10 on itunes. Meaning people mustve liked the song enough to decide to pre-order the record. Not having pre-ordered the record and then received it by default.
Rocket #9 and seashell girl talk are the verses. The planet naming is the bridge. And the "take me to your planet/leader/venus" is the pre-chorus and the chorus is the "When you touch me I die" etc.
