I really don't know. I don't know if you read the review, but they said that you coudn't notice any problems. lol..P!nk is a perfecionist, so I'm not surprised if she didn't like it.
And I've also read that the problem was in arena. Someone said on twitter that she'll never play in this arena again.

She couldn't hear properly from her ear piece and the loud guitar was making it even harder.
The purpose of the ear piece is to help you find the right key; it's solely for Pink. We don't hear it.
So she thought she was off-key cuz she really couldn't hear it but she wasn't

Yes! Because it's so loud in concerts you can even hear yourself properly so it's easy to get off-key.
