Kesha denying that he raped her initially isn't proof that he didn't rape her but the fact that it was a question asked in a deposition surely suggests someone else thought he did.

I tried pointing out that there was no ruling on this and that Kesha still has yet to prove he's guilty on twitter and was mobbed by hundreds of Kesha fans calling me a rapist, sexist, meninist pig

It's called reasonable doubt and presumption of innocence. I'll feel really stupid if (after buying into her case later) that she lied and I went along with it. This is such a mess.

I don't know who to believe but I kind of lean towards believing him, even if only because of all the lies that have come from Kesha's side (mainly her lawyer and supporters) while he has stuck to the one story that has not been contradicted by any kind of evidence.

If all the media was accusing you of something you didn't do, you'd also like to defend yourself... I'm not saying he is innocent or not, but everyone seems to jump to conclussions really easy, and everyone just go on Kesha's side without thinking how they could ruin Luke's life if it isn't truth.

A lot of men and women within the industry are supporting Kesha. There is obviously something we don't know about Luke that people who work in the industry know.

I doubt that induatry folk would get invovled in this matter if these were only rumors made up by a girl seeking money etc.
