honestly, the DC cinematic universe isn't as well forwarded as MARVEL, so think of these movies as the beginning as this is their cinematic debut for alot of these characters from the comic books.

Tbh it's basically what this movie (the animated one) already is but it will tie into the Batman v Superman movie

I wouldn't count on it sis, she seems to be disjointed from the main team in this film and there are rumours she dies early by Katana's sword
