Because Ecko Red is paying for the promotion of the single.
Hollywood Records is cheap they didn't even pay for the "Sneakernight" music video.
They wouldn't pass up a chance to let another company pay for the single.

Something tells me if Ecko Red didn't want a song to promote thier shoe-line "Sneakernight" would have never even made the album.

But yea .. I've been listening to these clips ALL DAY ... this needs to LEAK already!

Oh & judging by the clips "Hook It Up" was the OBVIOUS choice for the lead single. It better be the 2nd.

Hey, it finally let me sign up ! I've been visiting this website for a year and registering never worked my 1st post!!!

After listening to the clips, I must say I am pleasantly suprised. First let me say I wasn't pleased when I heard the 1st clip " Last Night ". I thought it sounded like " Sneakernight " on LSD which is not a good thing, but after that I was so happy to hear some HOT songs. "identified" "party on the moon" and like 5 others ( too lazy to name right now) were a nice surprise because after listening to sneakernight I wanted to jump out a window. I tried so hard to like that song, but its just garbage. Anyways, I am really excited for the album now... good job vanessa (loved V too )

Meh. She didn't pick the right songs..it's like they dumbed down all the material from earlier. I'm really disappointed with Hollywood.

anywho..the songs are cool I guess, but Vanessa doesn't have the swagger to make them sound as good as they can..

LOL well yea that song and "Sneakernight" are just fun party songs.
However "Party On The Moon" is MILES better than "Sneakernight" and the beat is sick and lyrics are kinda catchy judging by the clip of course.

Party on the moon is hot
Did It Ever Cross Your Mind i like, sounds good
Gone With The Wind sounds bad, maybe it will sound better once it leaks full

Have to disagree with this. Some of the lyrics may sound a BIT more mature, but the production sounds on about the same level as "V" as far as maturity goes.
