Im a big Kanye fan. Besides Justin T. he's the only artist whose albums I've always gone out and bought. I was excited about this, but after 3 full plays I just dont get it. He's probably at his best with his writing, but I dont get the same feeling from this I got from MBDTF or Graduation.
IMO: Late Registration, MBDTF, Graduation, College Dropout, Yeezus, 808s.
Just wasn't for me.

i see this getting in the high 70s or maybe the mid 80s range
I don't think it will get any higher not because its bad but because its only 10 tracks long

This will end up in the 80's, quite polarizing from what I'm seeing so far.

this is a 2 at best.
I liked the Assassin feature (the guy wit the Jamaican accent) on I'm in it.
Just a few lyrics:
"I keep it 3 hunna, like the Romans, 300 bitches, with no Trojans"
"Black Tims all on ya couch again, Black dick all in ya spouse again... She got more dudes off than Johnny Cochran"
"I just scratched yo Corolla, Ok I smashed ya Corolla, one more smash and I own ya, one more **** and I own ya"
"Eatin Asian ***** all I need is sweet and sour sauce."
"Put my fist in her like a Civil Rights sign"
"I be speakin Swaghili"
"She looking for her daddy, Call me Big, Poppa"
and the overall over****ery of Autotune all over this album.
Yall know damn well if Lil Wayne came out with this ****, yall would be dragging it to the pits. As a matter of fact, He's talking about ****ing on all but 2 songs, so Its JUST like a Lil Wayne album lol.
lol @ sampling Blocka by Pusha T and Popcaan on Guilt Trip.
double lol @ how wack Send it up is, and the Beenie Man sample.
Blood on the Leaves goes super duper extra hard though.

Loving the album so far, I haven't finished listening to it, but it deserves the praise it's getting.

This album is not as good as My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy or Late Registration but overall, it's good. I love how he alters himself as a God, which no one dared to do before.

Its easily in my Top 3 Kanye albums, but I dont think it will end up with a very high Metacritic score because every reaction I've seen has been extremely polarizing. Im shocked by how strong these reviews are though!

This album is hardcore ****. Universal acclaim is inevitable for this type of quality, although the Kid A statement is pure ********. It's really incredible though, not MBDTF levels because it's not nearly coherent enough, but it's basically a mashup of pure awesomeness stuffed into 10 tracks.

I think they're just trying to say that it's such an abrasive and polarizing departure from his last album that it's disorienting to a degree that makes Kid A seem safe or calm in comparison.

King Kanye
I'm avoiding the links until I actually have the album in my hands this Tuesday, but I'm pleased to hear it's been well received already!

I listen to loads of rap music, but even I think that he focused way too much on p***y & sex on this album. It's just too much. I'm In It is actually gross.
