Or she recognises she's a pop star who earns millions per year so won't have the same problems as most Americans. Also political opinions aren't public property and no one should be forced to share their political views.

And making that choice doesn't mean she supports him. You're forgetting that Taylor has never been openly political about anything. If she voted for Hillary in private that is what matters. She didn't say anything supporting him or Republican ideologies. You could make the same argument that her supporting Trump would isolate her democratic and liberal fans. And as we saw, what ever she would have said wouldn't have made any difference or changed the outcome.

Besides, her effort would have just been held under suspicion by y'all anyway like you always do. .
