The article is against those stereotypes and against black women being reduced to them. Look at the first post, listening to Beyonce makes that poster feel like a rachet girl.

I've seen Beyonce called ghetto, ratchet, a sassy black woman and an independent woman who doesn't need a man. That's a result of stereotyping and it being acceptable to say these things. Black women should be viewed as full human beings not these five traits is at the heart of this article. If people stopped with the "I'm a black woman because of x, y. and z", that'd be easier.

This.
Black women have struggles, we as the gay community including every race have struggles. And we relate to each other as teoubled communities. There is nothing wrong with that. I take black female mannerism because it makes me feel strong. I can keep my day with my head held high thanks to other communities which have found their own strenght.

And the reason that a lot of black people have a problem with appropriation is because most of their culture is born out of some of the worst conditions known to man. And nobody wants to really acknowledge it. In fact they go as far to belittle it. They want to complain about us trying to retain the little bit of culture we do have for ourselves. Complain at the fact that we want more and aren't satisfied. Complain at the fact that we're exclusive with it. But will take it anyway, and bar us from it, whilst owning everything else.
