Round 03 - The Fashion Show
As I said before, this game is more than just color. It's about fashion; and for this challenge, each of the three teams are going to put on a fashion show for the judges. Each person on the team is going to have a specific role to fulfill, and that's up for the teams themselves to decide.
✍ The General Manager
The General Manager is the captain of the team, and they will essentially be the editor of the team. They will be tasked with overseeing the entire project, making sure messages are being relayed efficiently, keeping the team on schedule, and submitting the team's final work to me. | ღ The Models
Three people on the team will be sending their celebrity down the runway in a look that they chose. It's important to pick the right look that matches the overall theme of the team's runway show and the music. | ♪♫ The Music Director
One member of the team will be in charge of selecting the song that will be featured in the show. It's important they choose just the right song, otherwise the whole tone of the show will be off. | ♔ The Host
The host's job is to describe the outfits and sell their team's fashion show to the judges as best they can. |
♢ Pick your roles carefully. All the roles are up for grabs except the role of General Manager, as that is exclusively for your team's captain. Discuss everything with your team and decide which among you is best suited for each role.
♢ Work together! It may seem self explanatory, but team work will get you a long way this round. It's important for especially the models and the music director to work together to pick a song and find outfits that match the feel of the song. It's even more important that the models work with the host of the show to give them advice on how to sell the outfits and the show itself. And don't forget the General Manager! While they may just be overseeing the team and sending in the final product, they also have the responsibility of keeping the team on track. Don't let your manager slack off just because they have immunity.
♢ The judges have a lot to evaluate this week, so let's look at what they'll be judging you on.
| Teamwork - As I said above, teamwork is key. When the deadline is reached you will all be asked to send in a PM describing the work you did for the team, and describe how you felt the team did as a whole. If you didn't do your fair share of the work, one way or another the judges will find out. | Your Fashion Show - Obviously, we're going to be judging the show itself. We'll be looking at how cohesive the three looks are, as well as how they blend with the music. | The Host - It's the host's job to sell us your team's show. Think of the judging panel as potential investors; you want to do everything you can to convince them that your collection is the one they want to invest in. If your host doesn't do a good job of that, it will be reflected in your overall score. |
Now that you've learned everything you need to know about this challenge, it's time for you and your team to get to work. This is a big week, and you want to win. Not only will the winning team be safe from elimination this week, they will also have
Immunity for the next week as well!
As for the two losing teams,the judges will review the work of both teams and decide who to send home. It could be just one person, and it could also be three people. Don't slack up this week, or it could be your last!
