Shakiras voice is a matter of taste. You like it or not. She sure can be annoying sometimes but she sings the way she wants to express herself and she has a good vocal ability.

During her last tour she was terrible but at NYC t mobile performance she sounded pretty good. Her vibrato can be an issue when she sounds like she is afraid to hit a note but im here for unique voices. Marinas voice is truly angelic.
