When I came in 2005, Froggert and this black kid was the ones who created the most waves. Froggert was a racist and would go IN especially on the Bey stans (****y On Venus and the new crew who wouldn't last a day back in 05). The black kid (I forget his username "Mr." something) literally was RAN off the forum back then, it was so sad yet so hilarious. ATRL was ALWAYS a gay haven and people have ALWAYS been open about it. But back then, you had more variety.... Red had a crew of rock fans that posted and people like Avenged Sevenfold, Panic & FOB were just as relevant as Britney and the like. Hip-Hop and Country had a small audience as well. Froggert was really a hot ass mess though, I always wondered what happened to him and why it seemed like he just disappeared. The mods kissed his ass and worshiped the ground he walked, that always irked me.
There was this fat kid who used to LIVE and BREATHE ATRL.... lawd I forgot his name too. He had a mental disorder I believe, God bless his soul. He was the ULTIMATE TROLL and used to get on my NERVES!!!
Mazen took over after Froggert and I truly miss Mazen. Mazen personified ATRL, he hands down ruled this forum between 2006-2008. Him and I used to go head to head in our battles over Britney and Christina. Mariah and Whitney. He dragged the **** out of Janet in the name of Madonna, even made nuroad QUIT ATRL. Mazen was another hot ass mess, he was like the first androgynous poster cuz everybody thought he was a girl. I remember when I found out Mazen was a guy, I bout FLIPPED OUT!!! That when I started going IN on his ass. He was a ****in trip.
Psycho Bee was another looney tune fool, he is a major reason why people on ATRL hated Beyonce stans for the longest time. The new Beyhive that came with Sasha Fierce is what made Bey a force on ATRL. She really was the elephant in the room. Hell even Ace Reject used to drag her ass before B'Day and he became a fan. Yall really don't know LMAO.
Alexz started out as Mazen's sidekick. He was the Booboo to Mazen's Yogi. Once Mazen left, Alexz tried to take his place but failed. I rarely see him around anymore and when I do, he is always talking about Melanie Farmer. SMH I still can't stand his ass.
Nor revolutionized ATRL like eli said. Nor paved the way for all the current black gay posters like satellites, Geezus etc to even EXIST on ATRL. Kudos to him!!! This is why I say people on this forum today have ZERO personality because all of yall in some way are clones of the original. Nor was also 1/2 of the admin of BrandySource and he came here to promote/troll for his queen. Everything they did on bsource, he brought here and the fans sopped it up like a sponge. Its still being used and its been 3 years.... ****ing TRENDSETTER!!!
Talisa came through when Nor was here and when Ciara was gearing up for Fantasy Ride. I think Tierra brought her in and Talisa took off like a hurricane.
There were a few others that were messy as well. Just a quick history lesson for the uneducated.  |
