Right? She can't make an electro-pop song about rape since it's not a pleasant experience/something you'd want to party about. The only acceptable and respectful way to sing about it is through a ballad, and basically every ballad can be classified as "safe"

I know, I don't understand the reasoning behind not releasing it on iTunes when it would be a perfect opportunity to raise money for the cause. 100% of proceeds goes to charities preventing and helping victims of rape, it isn't like GaGa or Diane need the money, and they aren't making anything from the song right now.
