-Kylie Jenner has finished recording her debut album, and has announced that the album features producers such as William Orbit, Danja, Bloodshye & Avant and Max Martin, whom she also asked tow rite the lyrics for the album. While Kylie herself hasn't written or produced the album herself, she worked closely with everyone for them to reach what she has in mind for her debut.
The lead single, 'King', features the one and only Rihanna, and was released in early June along with it's viral music video and debuted atop the WW charts, reaching the top position everywhere thanks to Kylie's fame. Kylie has announced a second single for August before releasing her debut this coming fall. Kylie has already embarked on a promotional tour, selling out small venues (Performing 'King' along with another song 'Bring You Down' and a few covers, such as Britney Spears' 'Gimme More', Ke$ha's 'Tik Tok', Madonna's 'Waiting' and 'Eoritca' and Kylie Minogue's 'Confide in Me') and has appeared on various TV shows such as Good Morning America and the Ellen Show. -The Chanels and Chanel have finished recording their debuts and The Chanels just released an EP titled 'Count On Me' compsoed of songs thathaven't made the fina cut of the album, and includes a cover of 'One Way Or Another' which was released as a promotional single. The first songs that we will get to hear from the album will be revealed in the 'Pretty Nonsense EP' which will be out in august along with the title track of the EP being the lead single. While Chanel finished recording her solo debut, it's release has been pushed back due to monetary reasons and Chanel wanting to focus on The Chanels first. Expect her debut out in a year and a half while The Chanels will probably see their debut album released near Christmas this coming december.
-Daniella J has released her first single 'Live It Up', a diss track about an old lover which after a disappointing debut, has only managed to sell 38 thousand copies. She also released her debut EP 'The Fall EP' and will release her first full length album on the first of July this year. She has already gone on tour and managed to sell out multiple clubs and is slowly getting bigger and bigger venues. Rumor has it the Oberlin Records is planning on dropping her once her tour ends and made some profit out of her.
-Angel is going to see his debut album also pushed back and should release next year. "I have finished recording my first album, I worked with Disclosure on the production and I wrote it all myself" he said, speaking to the few fans he have thanks to the youtube videos he does.
They're the only two I gave my full attention to.
